About ‘Mandarin Poster’: This is a new website created by two British guys learning Chinese in Taiwan. Their aim was to create a study aid useful to both Chinese learning newcomers as well as more experienced learners. The poster starts from the most frequently used words, which for the most part are the most basic, this makes it perfect for beginners while at the same time being useful as a reference for intermediate and advanced learners as the list progresses.Mandarin Poster covers the 1500 most frequently used Chinese characters. It’s the first of a two-posters that will eventually cover 3000 characters.
